Ribeye steak (bone-in) 1 ¼” thick, 1 to 1.5 lb cuts
Strip steak 1 ¼” thick, ~1 lb cuts

Chuck Eye/Delmonico steak 1 ¼” thick, 0.5 to 1 lb cuts
